TEPPANYAKI
Derived from the Japanese words teppan, meaning iron plate, and yaki, meaning grilled, pan-fried, or boiled, teppanyaki is a highly popular lunch or dinner option at Ah-So.
Take a seat around a state-of-the-art flatiron grill and enjoy your meal and an immersive show with your personal chef. All Ah-So teppanyaki master chefs have extensive training in the art of teppanyaki, where their grilling and knife skills have been refined to an elite level.
